Iran's UN mission has warned that Hezbollah plans to step up attacks on Israel in response to the killing of its chief of staff, Fuad Shokr, in Beirut. The Iranian mission said the situation had changed after the attack on a residential building in Beirut and Hezbollah would choose larger targets, not just military targets.

Hezbollah is reported to have blamed Israel for the deaths of five civilians in the killing of Shukr. The organization also denies involvement in the deaths of 12 children in a rocket attack in Majdal Shams. CBS claims that Hezbollah's attack will be aimed at Israeli territory, where there are Israeli and Jewish targets.

In his speech, Nasrallah said that the war against Israel on all fronts has entered a new phase, including Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq and Iran. The leader of the organization added that he is ready to become a martyr and stressed that justice and morality are on the side of Hezbollah. Nasrallah is confident that the murder of the organization's leaders will only strengthen the resistance, and the enemy should expect severe retribution.
