State Attorney Amit Eisman has recommended that Israeli authorities open an investigation into singer Eyal Golan on suspicion of “inciting violence against residents of the Gaza Strip.”

The reason for this was the words that the singer said at a concert: “Erase Gaza from the face of the earth. Don't leave a single person there!” This statement caused indignation and demands to hold the singer accountable.
