The IDF Spokesperson's Office said that temporary restrictions previously announced in areas of northern and central Israel have been largely lifted, with the exception of communities on the Lebanese border. The Home Front Command had previously imposed restrictions of up to 30 people in groups outdoors, up to 300 indoors, and sheltering requirements at workplaces, which remain in effect only in the standoff zone on the border with Lebanon.

The exchange of blows between the IDF and Hezbollah was the reason for the measures. Now, most of the restrictions are being lifted, which means a return to more normal life for residents of the north and center of the country. However, the importance of preparedness and the presence of shelters in settlements along the border with Lebanon remains.
