Hamas has tightened the conditions for prisoner exchange with Israel.

A U.S. administration official says Hamas leader Yhiyeh Sinwar is toughening his stance in prisoner swap talks, with Hamas now demanding the release of more terrorist killers in the first phase of the deal than it has previously.
