Republicans fear Trump's comments about migrants killing cats and dogs will influence the outcome of the election.

Donald Trump's political associates have expressed their displeasure at having publicist Laura Loomer in their entourage. They fear that her presence could harm Trump in power circles. Israeli media, including the Times of Israel, noted that Loomer is of Jewish descent.

Loomer, a conspiracy theorist, posted on her page about the Indian roots of her rival Kamala Harris. “If she wins, the White House will smell like curry and the call center operators will speak in a way no one will understand,” she is quoted as saying.

Even far-right Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene has since spoken out against Loomer, calling for her to remove the controversial post and focus on policy issues rather than Harris' background.

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham also spoke out against Loomer, calling her a “stain on society” in a statement. Many in the party prefer to condemn her anonymously.

Loomer is believed to have given Trump the line that caused controversy after his debate with Harris. The former president accused Haitian immigrants living in Springfield, Ohio, of kidnapping and eating Americans' pets — cats and dogs.

The city's official denial of the claim was the subject of ridicule, especially online. The city's name, Springfield, also added to the piquancy, as it is home to characters from the animated series The Simpsons.
