The IDF Spokesperson's Office reported successful strikes on targets in Lebanon during Operation Northern Arrows. Various types of weapons used by Hezbollah were hit, including cruise missiles, tactical UAVs and missiles of various modifications.
It is noticeable that Hezbollah hid its missile systems in civilian homes and garages, making them more difficult to detect. This forced the Israeli Air Force to attack the facilities used to store the weapons. The resulting strikes caused significant damage to Hezbollah.
The IDF expressed concern that Hezbollah used civilian sites to secretly store weapons, increasing the risk to civilians. In its activities, Hezbollah violated international humanitarian law by making it more difficult for the Israeli army to identify and hit its targets.
