Eight Israeli soldiers were killed in Lebanon and thirty more were wounded.

The Israel Defense Forces has published the names of soldiers killed in fighting in southern Lebanon. Among the victims were captains and senior sergeants, including young boys from 21 to 23 years old. The families of the victims received information about the death of their loved ones.

Additionally, another 30 IDF soldiers were injured in the battle in southern Lebanon, 7 of whom are in serious condition. The army expressed sincere condolences to the relatives of the victims and will continue to provide assistance to the victims.
