World leaders discussed a plan to support Ukraine and called for unity to achieve victory.

Scholz published a photo from the meeting and wrote that they stand together for peace, as friends and allies. Macron stressed the need for unity in the world in times of crisis.

The leaders condemned Russia's ongoing war of aggression against Ukraine and discussed plans to provide Ukraine with additional security, economic and humanitarian assistance. They also discussed the Ukraine victory plan presented by President Zelensky and expressed their determination to support Ukraine in its efforts to ensure peace based on international law and respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Representatives from various countries also discussed the consequences of the liquidation of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, the return of hostages home, ending the war in Gaza and providing humanitarian assistance to civilians. They condemned Iran's escalating attack on Israel and coordinated efforts to hold Iran accountable. The leaders also agreed to work towards the full implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701 and to find a diplomatic solution for Lebanon.

Zelensky presented a plan for Ukraine’s victory to Western allies and in the Verkhovna Rada. The plan includes inviting Ukraine to NATO, providing military assistance, and using military experience after the war. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said that the plan would be discussed in the Alliance, and the White House supported it. Scholz criticized the document, and Tusk expressed the opinion that it would be revised after the US elections.
