The Israeli Ministry of Defense has entered into a contract with Boeing to purchase 25 F-15AI fighter jets with Israeli systems. It is possible to purchase another 25 such aircraft. The deal will cost $5.2 billion and will be covered by American military aid.

The first deliveries of the F-15AI will begin in 2031, 4-6 aircraft per year. According to the Department of Defense, the deal will significantly strengthen security cooperation between Israel and the United States, highlighting their shared commitment to maintaining regional stability.

Earlier this year, Israel also entered into an agreement to acquire the F-35 for a third squadron as it continues to modernize its military fleet.
