In Israel, a new collective labor agreement was concluded between the General Federation of Trade Unions, the Ministry of Finance and the Antiquities Authority. This agreement will apply to 550 employees of the Department and will be valid until March 2028.
It provides various benefits for the team, such as bonuses, phased salary increases, daily additional payments for certain work and bonus mechanisms.
Also, within the framework of this agreement, employees of the Department will have a reduced working week to 40 hours, will be provided with tuition fees for up to 45 days, subsidized meals during working hours and other benefits. This was done in order to improve working conditions and encourage employees to work more efficiently.
The new terms of the contract should help improve the professional qualifications of workers and create a more favorable working environment.
