Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that Russia, which is an aggressor country, must bear responsibility for its terrorist actions, even if it has a “completely inadequate personality” behind it.

To combat daily crimes, Russia needs to put more and more pressure on it. Zelensky announced this on Friday, December 20, 2024, in his weekly address to the people, commenting on the missile attack on the capital.

As a result of a rocket attack on the city of Kyiv carried out by the enemy, one person was killed, which became an object of regret for the President of Ukraine. According to him, residential buildings were damaged, as well as the Church of St. Nicholas. Also affected were the diplomatic missions of several countries located in the same office building, including Albania, Argentina, Palestine, North Macedonia, Portugal, and Montenegro. Zelensky expressed bewilderment at the Russian attacks, noting that such madness should not be viewed as something commonplace for the world community.

“Ballistics in Kyiv, people were injured, unfortunately, there was a dead person. My condolences. Houses and the Church of St. Nicholas were damaged. There is also damage to the diplomatic missions – all located in the same office building. Albania, Argentina, Palestine, North Macedonia, Portugal, Montenegro. It is obvious that such Russian madness should not be perceived by the world as something familiar,” the guarantor emphasized.
