Dialogues with Donald Trump

During a recent meeting with Donald Trump, the issue was raised that Kyiv should respond to Russian strikes with the “eye for an eye” method. Zelensky noted that the American president supports strikes on Russia’s energy infrastructure and military factories.

Zelensky appealed to Trump with a request to provide new long-range weapons that could force Putin back to the negotiating table. However, the President of Ukraine did not disclose details about the specific weapons, adding that their use would be possible upon receipt.
