American military robots are being tested in the Middle East.

Robo-dogs with assault rifles, developed by the American company Ghost Robotics, were discovered in Saudi Arabia. These artificial intelligence machines have been tested at the Red Sands Proving Ground. One of them, called Lone Wolf, is equipped with an automatic rifle on its back and is capable of performing combat missions.

In previous tests, the US military used robotic dogs to fight drones. However, this time the mechanical dogs were tested in the Middle East against ground targets. It is planned that Lone Wolf will be able to guard the perimeter of military installations, ensuring the safety of personnel.

The US Army is gradually introducing combat robots with artificial intelligence for various tasks, including reconnaissance and security. Such technologies are also actively developing in other countries, such as China and Israel, showing interest in the automation of combat operations.
