A series of explosions rocked a Lebanese city on Tuesday, triggered by thousands of pagers believed to have been used by Hezbollah militants. The coordinated blasts killed at least 11 people and injured nearly 4,000. ndtv-com investigates whether smartphones could be used in such incidents.
