On September 10, State Camp Chairman Benny Gantz met with Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed al-Thani in Paris. The meeting was also attended by the families of the abductees and the President of the World Jewish Congress Ronald Lauder, who initiated the meeting. The Qatari Prime Minister expressed his readiness to make efforts to achieve a humanitarian ceasefire and the release of the abductees.
