An Israeli Arab was killed by IDF troops overnight, prompting Hamas to call for “anger and mobilization” of Palestinians in Judea and Samaria. The victim of the incident was 37-year-old Khalil Salem Halawi, who lived in the Palestinian village of Wadi Rahhal south of Bethlehem.
