ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan called on all participating countries to respect the Rome Statute and take into account the issuance of arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Hamas military commander Mohamed Diab Ibrahim.

“I call on all participating states to respect the Rome Statute and comply with court decisions. We welcome cooperation with states that are not parties to the Rome Statute in working towards accountability and compliance with international law,” he said, according to Ukrinform.

He emphasized that he will continue to cooperate with all interested parties to fully fulfill his responsibilities in investigating the incriminating and exculpatory circumstances.
