Near Hebron, two people were wounded as a result of a terrorist attack: one was run over by a terrorist, the other was accidentally shot by soldiers

This evening, a car attack occurred in the Al-Fawar area, south of Hebron. A man in his 30s suffered serious injuries and was taken to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba. Security forces are organizing a search for the driver who committed the hit-and-run.

During the operation to neutralize the attacker, a military man accidentally wounded a civilian. A 45-year-old man was slightly injured by glass fragments and was also taken to hospital. Medical assistance was also provided to another victim and a child from the car, who were in a state of shock.

The head of the local regional council said that the attack was a consequence of the opening of the Al-Fawar intersection. He called for restricting traffic on the highway and conducting a large-scale operation to eliminate hotbeds of terror.
