The Russian Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting between Mikhail Bogdanov and the Israeli Ambassador and the mother of Russian citizen Alexander Trufanov, who is being held in Gaza. Bogdanov emphasized the humanitarian task of “the liberation of Russian citizens and the importance of working with Hamas.” He also met with the Secretary General of the Palestinian Popular Struggle Front to discuss the reconstruction of Gaza after the war.
