The Kremlin is buying the loyalty of its allies in Africa and Asia by acquiring grain from the occupied territories. An article in The Wall Street Journal revealed that the Russians have taken $6.4 billion worth of grain since the invasion. State and private companies from Muscovy are doing this and earning millions of dollars.
Buyers of grain are all over the world, including Turkey, Israel, Syria, the UAE, Egypt, China, India and Yemen. Iran trades missiles for wheat and barley at a 34% discount. The businessmen who supply Putin with weapons also trade grain. Iron ore, coal, titanium, uranium, manganese, gold and lithium are being looted from the occupied territories, and factories and equipment are being “relocated” from mines.
Ukraine is trying to draw attention to the theft of grain, and some countries such as Qatar, Egypt, Turkey and Lebanon are refusing to buy it. The horde of Muscovites continues to loot, and everyone is trying to take their “doghouse” out of Ukraine.
