Shin Bet head and Netanyahu blame each other during the war

He noted that the accusations against the intelligence services are half-truths and conspiracy theories that harm Israel's security structures. Bar emphasized the importance of responsible speech among political and public leaders.

Rabbis associated with Religious Zionism have expressed concerns about the treatment of certain people in their community. They said that such accusations and treatment of them as enemies seriously discredit these people and deprive them of basic rights. The head of the Shin Bet noted that such accusations are aimed at weakening their activities during the period of hostilities.

In his speech, the head of government supported Eli Feldstein, calling him a true patriot who would not jeopardize the security of the country. Feldstein and another reservist are charged with transmitting classified information and other offenses. Netanyahu also expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that he was not receiving full information from the IDF and the Shin Bet in this case.
