The ambassadors of Germany and Austria were summoned to the Iranian Foreign Ministry.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry has summoned ambassadors from Germany and Austria after Iranian ambassadors were summoned in both countries due to a missile attack on Israel, Mehr news agency reported, citing a statement from the ministry.

German Ambassador Markus Petzel and Austrian Ambassador Dietrich Heim were summoned to the Foreign Ministry separately, the agency quoted the statement as saying.

The foreign ministries of Germany and Austria previously summoned Iranian ambassadors over the missile attack on Israel. The Iranian Foreign Ministry called this “unacceptable measures,” and the summoning of the ambassadors of Germany and Austria was a response to them.
