Information about the death of the leader of the military wing of the terrorist group Hamas, Mohammed Deif, was finally confirmed after 3.5 months of silence. At first, Rafeh Salama was suspected of murder, but it later turned out that it was Deif who was next to him during the explosion in the Mawasi refugee camp.

After half the body of the terrorist leader was discovered in an explosion, tissue samples were taken to establish his identity. Although the identification was initially questioned due to severe injuries to the body, the terrorist group has now accepted that Deif was most likely dead.
