Citizens of Ukraine, men under 22 years old, can now leave the country without restrictions under martial law. This was announced on August 26, 2025, by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko. According to her, the new rules will also apply to Ukrainians who are already abroad and will be able to freely cross the border in any direction.
