Three citizens of Uzbekistan are suspected of murdering Rabbi Tzvi Kogan in the UAE. They were detained with black blindfolds. Zvi Kogan disappeared on November 21 – he was a citizen of Moldova and Israel, living in the UAE as a resident. The Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed the murder of Tsvi Kogan and called it an anti-Semitic terrorist attack. The Israeli Prime Minister's Office said the country would hold those responsible accountable for the incident.
The UAE Foreign Ministry has not yet provided additional information about the investigation. Comments from state representatives call into question security and stability in the region, drawing international attention to the incident.
