Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky rejected alternative peace plans from Brazil and China.
He presented his plan for victory to key allies, but so far no one has shown their support for this strategy. Some partners expressed concern about the short time frame set by Zelensky, who gave allies only three months to agree on the plan's core principles.
The US has long been Kyiv's main backer during the war, but President Joe Biden has stopped using long-range weapons to strike Russia for fear of escalating the conflict. Brazil and China proposed alternative peace plans, but Zelensky rejected them, arguing they would simply slow down the war and give Moscow time to rebuild its army and defense industry.
