Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, at the request of the Breslov Union, ordered the transfer of 700,000 shekels to the Moldovan government to cover the debt for assistance provided to Hasidim last year who traveled through Moldova to Ukraine and arrived at the grave of Rabbi Nachman in Uman.
