According to Lebanese news outlets, on the night of October 6, the IDF carried out more than 30 strikes in the Dahiya area south of Beirut. The targets of the attack were weapons warehouses of the terrorist group Hezbollah. The media called this night “the most difficult night of the war.”

The IDF press service confirmed that targeted strikes were carried out on Hezbollah infrastructure facilities in Beirut. Steps leading up to the attack were taken to minimize risks to civilians, including advance warning to area residents. Hezbollah actively uses buildings in the city center to hide its facilities.
