IDF forces carried out a secret operation to dismantle a missile factory built by Iran and Hezbollah in Syria. Elite Shaldag fighters, with the support of the IDF Air Force, destroyed an underground facility where missiles were produced. The operation was complex and risky, carried out on the basis of AMAN intelligence.

The General Staff assessed the operation as one of the most difficult during the war. Before the air strikes, Hezbollah and Iran hid production in underground facilities for greater secrecy. As a result of a detailed mission, the fighters successfully destroyed the object and returned home without losses.
