Most international players have supported Donald Trump’s peace plan for Gaza, but an important question remains: how will Hamas react to it?
The US President and the Israeli Prime Minister presented a 20-point plan aimed at ending military actions in Gaza. This document has become one of the most significant in recent years regarding the resolution of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. The question is whether Hamas will accept the proposed conditions.
International Community Support
So far, the plan has received support from the United States, Israel, the European Union, and several Arab states, including the Palestinian National Authority led by President Mahmoud Abbas. Key supporters also include the UN and other international organizations. The main question is Hamas’s position, the answer to which is expected within 72 hours. Trump set a deadline for the upcoming Friday, which could significantly impact the situation.
Hamas’s position will largely be influenced by external factors. It is important how Iran, Russia, and China will react, as their support or condemnation could drastically change the perception of the plan.
Content of the Peace Plan
