As a result of the shelling of the city of Acre and the settlement of Krayot, two people were wounded.

At 15.14 on October 12, 2024, the shelling warning system was activated in several settlements of the Western Galilee and Haifa Bay. Sirens sounded from Regba, located near Nahariya, to Kiryat Bialik. According to the Israel Defense Forces, militants from Lebanon launched about 35 rockets. The press service reported that “some” of them were intercepted. Residents of Kiryat Yam reported falling shrapnel in a residential area.

In the vicinity of Acre, according to Channel 12, two people were injured. They were at the Makr crossroads, at the turn to the village of Judeida Makr, a few kilometers east of Acre. Damage was caused to cars in the parking lot. The victims were taken to the nearest medical center for treatment. They are reported to have received minor injuries.

Earlier, Hezbollah shelled Haifa and the surrounding area – from Kiryat Ata to Atlit. And in the morning it hit Safed, Rosh Pinna and several other settlements. There were no reports of injuries.
