Russia continues to kill Ukrainian children. Attack on Lviv, on civilians: 7 people died, including three children

One of the witnesses to the events tells about his experiences: “We woke up, saw this explosion, then another. Everything around was red, fragments were flying. We ran out and saw what was happening. We hid in a shelter, but everything around was already burning and it was impossible to be in a shelter. We tried to find another exit, because it was already impossible to get out where we went.” These words reflect the horror and helplessness experienced by civilians who found themselves at the epicenter of the attack.

Russia systematically and deliberately attacks civilian targets, especially places where children may be. This is part of the Kremlin's policy aimed at creating an atmosphere of fear and destabilizing Ukrainian society. Such actions demonstrate the extreme cynicism and inhumanity of the Russian government, and also point to the inaction of the international community, which has not responded decisively enough to these attacks.

Western countries, including the US, must take a tougher stance against Russia and provide Ukraine with more effective defensive weapons, including JASSM cruise missiles and the ATACMS system, to prevent further attacks on civilians.
