This Privacy Policy of the Nikk.Agency «News of Israel» Service (hereinafter referred to as the «Policy») applies to the information provided by users (hereinafter referred to as «Users») of the Nikk.Agency Service (hereinafter referred to as the «Service») during the registration process in the Service of the Nikk.Agency company (hereinafter referred to as the «Administrator»), which is the administrator and owner of the Service, as well as its affiliated entities.
The Administrator pays great attention to the protection and confidentiality of User information. Users can browse most pages of the Service without providing any information about themselves. Description of User Information Collected and Processed by the Service Administrator
When registering a User in the Service, as well as when paying for and using the products and services of the Service, or when conducting surveys in the Service, the Administrator may request the following information from the User:
— The User’s name (without surname and patronymic), email address, login and password information for accessing certain features of the Service, information about the number, cost, time, and order of products or services requested by Users, participation in promotional actions of the Service, subscription information to informational materials or customer support materials of the Service. The mandatory information to be provided is marked by the Administrator through special labels, while the remaining information is provided at the discretion of the Users;
— Information automatically transmitted to the Administrator during the use of the Service through the software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, cookie information, the country and/or city of the User’s location, information about the User’s internet browser (or other program used to access the Service), time of access, requested Page address, and device information used to access the Service.
This Policy applies only to the Service. The Administrator does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites and software that the User may visit through links available in the Service. On third-party websites, different information may be collected or requested from the User, and different actions may be taken, for which the Administrator is not responsible.
The Administrator does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by Users and does not monitor their legal capacity. However, the Administrator assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient information and maintains this information up-to-date. The consequences of providing false information are defined in the User Agreement and the legislation of Israel.
Purposes of Information Collection and Processing
The Administrator uses the information exclusively for providing the services offered by the Service and improving their quality, as well as to make the Service and its content easier and more convenient to use, including for:
— Identifying the User within the User Agreement;
— Providing the User with personalized and recommended services of the Service;
— Personalizing the display of advertising materials to the User of the Service;
— Processing requests from Users by the Administrator or the Service’s customer support team;
— Conducting analysis and research aimed at improving the Service, as well as the products and services of the Service;
— Sending news and advertising information about products, services, and special offers from the Service;
— Sending service messages (for example, to restore the User’s account password);
— Preventing and detecting fraud and illegal use of the Service, the services of the Service;
— Conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized data.
Conditions for Processing Information
The Administrator uses the User’s information only for the purposes and in accordance with this Policy.
The confidentiality of the User’s information is maintained.
The Administrator will not disclose, distribute, sell, alienate, or otherwise dispose of the obtained information to third parties, except for the purposes and methods specified in this Policy.
When processing User information, the Administrator follows the current legislation of Israel.
Modification or Deletion of Information in the Service
The User may at any time modify (update, supplement) the information they have provided or any part of it using the information editing feature in the Service within the User’s personal section.
The User can delete the information provided in their account by sending a request and the scanned copy of it to the email address info@nikk.agency. Deleting the account will result in the inability to fully use the Service.
User Information Protection
The Administrator values the personal information of Users and ensures its adequate protection. For this purpose, the Administrator has implemented technologies to protect Users’ confidential data from unauthorized access and improper use by third parties, and will update these measures as new technologies become available.
All Administrator employees are required to comply with the conditions of this Policy. The Policy stipulates that employees must maintain strict confidentiality regarding User information. This obligation remains in force even after an employee ceases working for the Administrator.
On the other hand, Users should also take appropriate measures to protect their information. The User’s password is confidential, and the Administrator strongly recommends not sharing it with anyone and preventing others from knowing it.
Cookies
A «cookie» file is a small text file sent to the User’s device storage from the Administrator’s server. Cookies contain information that can later be used by the Administrator.
No information collected by the Administrator via Cookies can be used to identify Users.
The Administrator may use Cookies for the purpose of controlling the use of the Service, collecting non-personal information about Users, storing preferences, and other information on the User’s device to save Users’ time in repeatedly entering the same information into Service forms and to display content during subsequent visits by the User to the Service.
Information obtained through Cookies may also be used by the Administrator for statistical studies aimed at adjusting the content of the Service according to User preferences.
The User can change the cookie acceptance settings in their browser settings or disable them completely, but in this case, some functions of the Service may not work correctly.
Opt-out from Mailing Lists
By accepting the terms of this Policy, the User agrees that by specifying their phone number, email address, or agreeing to receive push notifications sent from the Service to the User’s device, the Administrator has the right to send the User information via notifications, pop-up notifications, messages, push notifications, or emails about the services, new features, and terms of using the Service, as well as other information, including advertising content.
Except for notifications, pop-up notifications, and emails containing information about the use of the Service, the User has the right to opt-out of receiving other information by independently disabling:
— The mailing list function in the email settings by following a special link in the email or by sending an email to the Administrator at info@nikk.agency;
— Push notification settings on the device or in the Service in the User’s personal section by disabling the agreement to receive push notifications;
— The subscription deactivation in the messenger on the User’s device.
Information for Children and Parents
The Administrator takes the protection of children’s information seriously and strives to protect the confidentiality of such information.
We encourage children under the age of 18 not to register in the Service and not to use it without the consent and participation of their parents or guardians, as well as not to provide any information about themselves.
The Service usage rules require parents to ensure continuous supervision of the use of the Service by children under the age of 18.
Changes to the Policy. User’s Agreement with the Policy.
The User acknowledges and agrees that registering in the Service, creating an account, and subsequent use of the Service, any of its services, or features means the User’s unconditional acceptance of all the terms of this Policy.
Continuing to use the Service after any changes to the Policy means the User agrees to these changes and/or additions.
The User is obligated to regularly review this Policy to stay informed about its changes.
The Administrator reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify and/or supplement the Policy at any time without prior and/or subsequent notice to the User. The new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted in the Service, unless otherwise specified by the new version of the Policy. This Policy and the relationships between Users and the Administrator arising in connection with the application of this Policy are governed by the laws of Israel.
