Foreign Minister Andrei Sibiga said that Russia and North Korea can still receive Western-made components for weapons.
Recently, Western parts were found in a KN-23/24 missile shot down over Ukraine. Sibiga appealed to the allies to strengthen sanctions and monitoring their compliance. Putin and Kim Jong-un also have access to such components.
The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, said that more than 10 thousand military personnel from North Korea will be ready for war in Ukraine from November 1.
About 11 thousand North Korean troops are currently undergoing training in the east of the Russian Federation. Military expert Pavel Narozhny pointed out that to change the course of the war in Ukraine, more than 100 thousand military personnel from the DPRK must take part.
