Sometimes winter in Israel brings not only fog over Carmel and cooling evening air, but also events that literally disrupt the usual rhythm of life. On the night of December 5, 2025, Haifa will prepare to shake: at the legendary Malina Night Club, one of the most anticipated events of the season will take place — the night show POTAP LIVE, featuring Dasha Sheva, Dr.Ed, and the evening’s resident DJ REM.

During the full-scale war in 2022, Potap received the news of Russia’s attack on Ukraine while in Spain with his wife Nastya Kamenskykh. The family lived abroad for several months, later returned to Kyiv, then left again. Over almost three years, he managed to live in different countries around the world — from Europe to America and Africa.
Sometimes his publications about the war seemed rare, which caused mixed reactions among the audience.

In the fall of 2023, the artist was vacationing in Dubai, where his appearance at chef Nusret Gökçe’s restaurant again sparked discussions on social media.
In 2024, while promoting a concert in Germany, he again found himself at the center of controversy — the poster called him a “Russian retro artist.”
