Due to the deteriorating security situation in the Middle East region, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends that Ukrainian citizens refrain from any trips to Israel until the situation stabilizes.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends that Ukrainian citizens who are in Israel avoid crowded places, not participate in demonstrations, strictly observe safety measures and rules for the stay of foreigners in the country, comply with the legal requirements of law enforcement agencies, monitor local government reports on the development of the situation and always carry identification documents with them.

While in Israel, Ukrainian citizens are also advised to refrain from traveling to the following territories:

  • bordering the Lebanese and Syrian borders;
  • bordering the Gaza Strip;
  • West Bank of the Jordan River.

Due to the deteriorating security situation in the Lebanese Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly recommends that Ukrainian citizens refrain from any travel to Lebanon until the security situation stabilizes, and that those who are in the country leave its territory.

Citizens who have made a personal decision to extend their stay in Lebanon are advised to avoid crowded places, not to participate in demonstrations, strictly observe safety measures and rules for foreigners staying in the country, comply with the legal requirements of law enforcement agencies, monitor local government reports on the development of the situation, not leave their place of residence unless absolutely necessary, always have identification documents with them, and also consider the possibility of reducing the length of their stay in the country.

While in Lebanon, Ukrainian citizens are also advised to refrain from traveling to the following territories:

  • bordering the Syrian border;
  • bordering the Israeli border south of the Litani River;
  • to the refugee camps of Nahr al-Bared and Beddawi (near the city of Tripoli), Ain al-Hilweh and Mieh Mieh (near the city of Saida);
  • Bekaa Valley;
  • southern suburb of Beirut (Dahieh district).
