And what does Moscow do?
Rolls out its text to disrupt the vote on the American one.

Opposes Israeli control at the “yellow line.”
And simultaneously demands “compliance with international law” — a country that destroyed Mariupol and Bucha.
Russia uses Gaza as a field for revenge for defeats in Ukraine.
And it does so without the slightest embarrassment.
The USA tries to establish order. Russia tries to break it
As Dubov explains, this story is not about resolutions.
It’s about who will dictate the rules in the region after the war.
For the USA, it’s a chance to secure Trump’s diplomatic victory and build a structure of international stabilization forces.
For Russia — an opportunity to play “great power” again, at least on paper.
Russia does not offer peace.
It offers blockage.
But the most dangerous thing is the price that Israel and the region may pay for these games.
Israel — as a hostage of someone else’s war for influence
The American project causes concern, but at least leaves room for dialogue.
The Russian one effectively:
deprives Israel of control over the composition of international forces;

creates loopholes that Hamas will use tomorrow;
strengthens terrorists’ belief that they have “backing” in Moscow.

Russia tries to return to the logic of the Cold War
And does so at the expense of a region where blood is shed every day
Dubov reminds: The Kremlin is comfortable in a world where everything is divided into “us” and “them,” where the USA is the enemy, and any crisis is a chance to score points.
The scheme is simple:
The USA proposes something.
Russia vetoes or rolls out its paper project.
Chaos ensues.
Moscow pretends that the conflict cannot be resolved without it.
This is not diplomacy.
This is sabotage — exactly like in Ukraine, where Moscow supports radicals to blow up any attempts at settlement.
Who benefits from Russian interference
Definitely not Israel.
Definitely not the USA.
And certainly not the Palestinians living under terrorist rule.
Then who?
Hamas — because Moscow shows: “we won’t abandon you.”
Iran — which gets a chance to divert attention from its own operations.
Russia itself — because any US crisis in the Middle East benefits the Kremlin.
Moscow does not solve problems.
Moscow pretends that problems are an opportunity.
Why this threatens the region with a new wave of instability
If Russia disrupts the vote — Trump’s plan will hang in the balance.
If Russia vetoes — it’s a direct challenge to Washington.
If Russia pushes Israel out of the process — a precedent will be set where decisions are made behind our backs.
And this is not just a diplomatic game.
This is a matter of the security of a country where our families live.
Conclusion: The Kremlin tries again to “return” by destroying what others are trying to build
Dmitry Dubov’s video is not about documents and not about bureaucratic formulations.
It’s about how Russia once again intrudes where it can cause harm, and once again does so at a moment when the region is on the brink.
