F-16 fighter jets arrive in Ukraine — Bloomberg

Ukraine has received its first F-16 fighter jets after a long wait, reports “Bloomberg» July 31, 2024, citing anonymous sources. According to the publication, the number of aircraft is small, and the deadline for their transfer was set for the end of July, which was met.

Bloomberg's sources did not specify whether the Ukrainian pilots, who have been training with Western allies in recent months, will be able to use combat aircraft immediately or whether the process will take longer. Ukraine's Defense Ministry did not comment on this information.
